Returns Policy

At David & Claire London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. Please read the information below carefully to ensure a smooth returns process.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Returns of items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours after delivery if the item is faulty or incorrect

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Return an Item

  1. Request a return by emailing info@davidclairelondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and the appropriate return address of our supplier in China.

  3. Return the item at your own expense. Any shipping, handling or customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and the item is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Liability

  • David & Claire London is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered according to tracking information.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 6 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
