Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a consistent and recognisable brand identity across all channels

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce or fashion

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software

  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner

  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from enquiry to after-sales support

  • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and order processing

  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
